Personal Stories from Other Lupus Patients

We have recently changed our entire website and one of the new changes to the site is the addition of a new web only program entitled “Lupus Voices”, a collection of first person stories about life with lupus.

Each month we will highlight a different personal lupus story. These stories can be between 1-3 pages in length, typed and submitted by email to info@lupusliqueens.org. Please be sure to include your name and personal information such as age, date of diagnosis, type of lupus, marital status, children etc., in order for us to post a little information about each writer with their story.

If you would like to post your story, but stay anonymous that is fine too, just be sure to mention this in your email to us. We will always e-mail you to let you know when your story will be posted!

All stories submitted to us are subject to editorial changes before being posted on our website. If any changes are needed, you will be notified and asked for your approval before your story is posted.

The stories can be from someone who has lupus, or a parent of someone with lupus, a sibling, significant other or spouse. If you have any questions please call the office at 516-783-3370. E-mail stories to info@lupusliqueens.org, and please put Lupus Voices in the subject line.
