Raise $750 or more and receive – life without lupus bracelet, lunch, Walk-Along for Lupus T-Shirt and a $75 gift certificate to Macy`s, Fortunoffs or Best Buy.

Raise $1000 or more and receive – life without lupus bracelet, lunch, Walk-Along for Lupus T-Shirt and a $100 Gift Certificate to Macy`s, Fortunoffs or Best Buy.

The above Gift Certificates can be won by Individuals only, you can be a member of a team, but your INDIVIDUAL total must qualify on its own for the above certificates without adding team totals to it.

For instance: Your team has earned $2500.00, and you yourself raised $500 of that total, you have earned a gift certificate. If your team earned $2500 and you yourself raised $450.00, you have not earned a gift certificate.

Each member of your team must raise at least $15.00 in order to receive a life without lupus bracelet and have lunch at the walk.

Each member of your team must raise $50.00 or more in order to receive a life without lupus bracelet, lunch and a Walk-Along for Lupus T-Shirt.
