Many people who register online also collect cash and checks from people who wanted to donate but didn't want to go through the website. When this happens, follow the instructions below so you can enter these "offline" amounts onto your fundraising page so they can be counted towards the amount you raised online. Once you have entered these cash and check payments, be sure to send them along to us at the Lupus office at:

Or bring these offline donations to our office. The office will be open that week with extended hours from 9:30am-8:00pm on Wednesday 10/15 and Thursday 10/16, 9:30am-9:00pm on Friday 10/17 and 10:00am-2:00pm on Saturday 10/18.  You can also bring them to the walk in your donation envelope.

Here's how to enter your offline donations:

First log into your account, select the "Your Account" link at the top of your page, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select the tab "your fundraising pages". Next, select GO under (Manage your page), at the upper right hand corner you will see Raised offline to date, hit update, scroll down to "amount raised offline" box and enter the amount.

Then update and preview, then select I am happy with my changes. After this log out of the account area. View your fundraising page to see the update reflect. You can acknowledge your offline donors by adding their names, donation amount and a thank you in your personal message text.

Make sure to check back to our Online/Offline Totals page, after September 15, 2008. All offline totals not entered will be posted and updated on the Online/Offline totals page every week, so everyone can see how much they have raised.
