Although many of us know Paul Newman as an actor, from movies such as Cool Hand Luke, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Verdict and most recently as the voice of “Doc Hudson”, in Pixar`s Cars, The Lupus Alliance has seen him as much more for several years now.

Newman’s Own, the foundation Paul Newman started in 1982, has donated over $200,000,000 to thousands of charities, and we our honored to be included in that number.

For many years now not only have we received a donation check for our Annual Walk Along for Lupus from Newman’s Own, but we have also received product donations for our Walk as well. These product donations have helped us supply drinks to cool down the over 2,000 walkers that attend our walk every year.

Thank you to Mr. Newman and everyone at Newman’s Own for helping us help those with lupus live a better life while we all search for a cure.
