Since 2000, Greg-T (the Round Headed Frat Boy) from the Z Morning Zoo has been helping us with our Annual Walk Along for Lupus. Greg, who as you probably know is the guy that does all the crazy things for the Zoo, has been our walk PSA spokesperson on Television for several years.

Greg got involved with us in support of his good friend, fellow DJ, and Alliance supporter, Eliot Siegel from the Z morning zoo, who was moving to DC. Greg jumped right in and has been helping us ever since.

Besides lending his voice, and face to our PSA advertisements for the walk, Greg-T has attended and started off our walk for the last 6 years. He really gets the crowd revved up and ready to go, and signs autographs for all the walkers as well.

Many of the people that have attended our walk have mentioned how they love Greg-T and look forward to the walk every year knowing he will be there.

We would be remiss without also thanking Z-100 radio station as well. Their generosity in allowing Greg-T to take time out of his busy schedule to come down and shoot our PSA`s as well as come to the walk and spend the day with us, has helped us remain one of the biggest lupus walk’s in the country.

This year, Z-100 and Greg-T aired interviews on the station with our staff about the walk. We are so excited and thankful for this opportunity to spread the word about our walk and hopefully raise more funds than ever!!

Also this year Greg-T will once again be leading the way at the 13th Annual Walk Along for Lupus. As a special addition, Greg will be accompanied by the Z-100 prize van as well! This should be a real treat for our walkers, and we cannot thank Greg-T and Z-100 enough.
