We will provide you with a printed donation card (5 ½ x 4 ¼ ) to give to your guests. (View sample)

The cards contain your name, date of the occasion, and the LAA, LI/Q name. The minimum order is 50 cards for $100.00.

Many have chosen to place one 8 ½ X11 decorative sheet (view sample) on each table with the same information as above. The minimum donation is $50.00 for 12 sheets. Additional sheets are $2.00 each.

These cards are also available for showers, christenings, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, special birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

We must ask for a minimum donation to cover costs of printing, while still earning money to help fund our support, educational and research programs. Any amount over the minimum is, of course, gratefully accepted and appreciated.

Cards must be ordered at least 30 days in advance.

In addition to the cards, you may also present your guests with a purple lupus ribbon pin or a “Life Without Lupus” bracelet.
