This is for Nassau and Suffolk County Residents only. Every town has the same requirements, which are as follows:
The disabled person must be on the title/ mortgage
The disabled person must make less then $32,4000 a year total household income.
Applications must be acquired at your local Town Assessors office.
Social Security and Disability income is included in the $32,400 total annual income limits.
